great room near everything

the hotel gave me a birthday decoration on my bed it was a complete surprise. the hotel took the initiative to do this i was very impressed. every staff member was very kind and good to me.
the room was a bit noisy because of tuk tuks.

the hotel features a small rooftop pool on the sixth floor it is a good feature. there is also a well-equipped gym that provides guests with options for exercise and maintaining their fitness routines.

The room was spacious. It also featured a separate sink from the bathroom. The rooftop pool was a very nice amenity to have. I appreciated the proximity to the metro. It was only a short walk away.

the front desk staff was very helpful. ms. tuck assisted with our needs upon early arrival. she even allowed an early check-in for our family with an elderly member. i appreciated the hotel's convenient location and the new, fresh changes in the rooms.
i encountered a constant sound similar to a washing machine in the toilet. the minibar lights did not work, and neither did the tv lights. there wasn't hot water during the five days of the stay.

The staff provided excellent service, and addressed inquiries promptly. They even helped manage transportation efficiently. the reception staff was always available and ready to help. They were very cute and provided a comfortable environment.

the hotel featured a rooftop pool that was very refreshing after a hot day. the room had exclusive wifi, and air conditioning that functioned perfectly. the bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub, with good water pressure in the shower.
